OSCam_ymod is a special version of OSCam developed by yuriks.
OSCam_ymod is the emu version of OSCam
i.e. it can read softcam.key ( It should be renamed as oscam.keys)
It can handle Clines without problems.

Go to Addons. In there you will see download catagories which contain cam and cam-config
First go to cam and install cccam 2.1.3 or the latest version available
Then from cam-config install cccam-config 2.1.3 or the latest version availableFrom blue panel go to top of panel and use left/right buttons to scroll to CCcam 2.1.3 (or the version you have installed above)
Now press the Green button to start CCcam
Adding the c-lines to your CCcam.cfg:Use an FTP program and editor to connect to your Dreambox and navigate to the /var/etc directory. A suitable editor is smartftp (www.smartftp.com)
In here you will find a file called CCcam.cfg. You must now edit this file using notepad. Remove everything from this file (yes everything).
In CCcam.cfg you must add the C: line that you were given
Save the changes to CCcam.cfg and enjoy!

The IVA approval process
Introduction
i) What is an individual voluntary arrangement?

The Insolvency Act of 1986 (amended by the Insolvency Act 2000 and the Enterprise Act 2002) introduced a new procedure whereby a debtor could come to an arrangement with his/her creditors to pay the debts in full or in part over time as an alternative to bankruptcy. This arrangement is known as an individual voluntary arrangement (IVA) and may be entered into either before or after a bankruptcy order has been made.
ii) Individual voluntary arrangements (IVAs)

An IVA begins with the debtor drafting a formal proposal to his/her creditors to pay part or all of the debts. The debtor may even propose that the creditors agree to a deferment or postponement of their debts to some future time. The debtor may make an application to the court for an interim order at an early stage but it is not compulsory. (see paragraph vi). The Insolvency Act 2000 amendments which came into force on 1 January 2003 removed the requirement to apply for an interim order in every case to cut down on costs and delays in the IVA procedure.

The proposal will then be considered by the nominee (usually an insolvency practitioner) who will make a recommendation to the court as to whether the proposal is acceptable and viable. If appropriate, the proposal will then be put to a meeting of creditors. If the proposal is accepted at the meeting, the nominee will then become supervisor of the IVA and oversee its operation. Any agreement reached with the creditors will be legally binding. The IVA procedure is not to be confused with the Fast Track Voluntary Arrangement (FTVA) scheme run by the Insolvency Service which was introduced on 1 April 2004 under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002. For more information on FTVAs please refer to the Case Help Manual part "Fast Track Voluntary Arrangements".

In theory, it is for the debtor to prepare the proposal for the intended IVA on which the nominee reports. However, due to the technical matters involved in drawing up such a proposal, the debtor will almost invariably consult an insolvency practitioner or other authorised person in the first event, who will become his/her intended nominee. Most proposals are thus professionally prepared. For more information on the role of a nominee see paragraph iv.
Where a bankrupt has not entered into an IVA prior to the bankruptcy and has assets or there is obvious potential for an IVA to be proposed then the examiner should draw the bankrupt's attention to the voluntary arrangement provisions. Where the official receiver does not wish to act as nominee under the FTVA provisions the bankrupt should be supplied with a list of the local insolvency practitioners on the official receiver's rota with whom he/she can discuss the matter.

iii) What are the advantages of a voluntary arrangement?

A voluntary arrangement with creditors offers flexibility to the debtor. It may include assets not normally available in bankruptcy, for example, the use of third party funds or income from the debtor's continued trading or employment. It gives the debtor more say in how his/her assets are dealt with, for instance, creditors may allow the debtor to exclude and retain certain assets such as his/her home. Finally, the restrictions which apply to a bankrupt are avoided.
iv) The proposal

The proposal is the key document in any voluntary arrangement. The proposal must name a person as the intended nominee, such a person may be a qualified insolvency practitioner or other authorised person and must be willing to supervise the implementation of the arrangement.

The proposal should:

1. explain why the debtor considers that the voluntary arrangement is desirable;
2. give reasons why creditors may be expected to concur with the arrangement; and
3. provide details of the debtor’s assets and liabilities.

In order to make it likely that the creditors will accept the proposal, it should be credible and provide an acceptable alternative to bankruptcy. The proposal should set out clearly the debtor’s obligations particularly as to the time and amount of contributions, so that there is no dispute over whether he/she has complied with the terms of the arrangement. It is important that the proposal sets out a time scale for its achievement.

If your secured loan is a second charge then currently the FSA does not regulate this in the same way as it does mortgages. The secured loan company must have a Consumer Credit Licence issued by the OFT. This imposes certain conditions on them which require them not to mislead you.

Unsecured Loans
Normally you will not be able to get an unsecured loan above £25,000. The OFT regulates all companies which provide unsecured loans.

Go to blue panel by pressing blue button on remote
Go to Addons. In there you will see download catagories which contain cam and cam-config
First go to cam and install cccam 2.1.3 or the latest version available
Then from cam-config install cccam-config 2.1.3 or the latest version available
From blue panel go to top of panel and use left/right buttons to scroll to CCcam 2.1.3 (or the version you have installed above)
Now press the Green button to start CCcam

Facebook a annoncé, qu’en raison de plaintes sur le trop grand nombre d’applications sur les pages de profil , il sera bientôt possible de “cacher” certaines applications.

L’outil ” profil clean-up”(nettoyage de profil) sera “similaire à celui proposé par Windows pour nettoyer les icônes dont vous vous ne servez pas”. (notez que Facebook se compare ici à Windows ). Les applications choisies seront présentées sur une autre page.

Les utilisateurs pourront choisir de retirer une ou plusieurs boites d’applications, mais selon Julie Zhuo, Facebook recommandera de garder les boites d’amis, le mini-feed, Wall et toutes les informations de base ainsi que les 12 dernières applications ouvertes. Chaque profile possédera un lien pour qui permettra aux visiteurs de voir le reste du profil et toutes les applications.

Ce changement est le bienvenu, les utilisateurs étant bombardés de messages et d’applications qui rendent les pages de Facebook presque aussi brouillonnes que celles de MySpace. Cela ne devrait toutefois pas trop plaire aux développeurs d’applications qui comptent sur cette exposition pour diffuser et faire connaître leurs applications. Malheureusement le flot incessant de certaines applications comme Wall ou Funwall restera intouchable.

:: Suite à mon billet sur la manière dont Facebook souhaite faire traduire son site une vive polémique s’est installée et j’ai souhaité récolter vos opinions via un sondage dont voici les résultats sur 185 répondants. L’indignation est loin de faire l’unanimité et très honnêtement je ne comprends pas bien les réactions choquées de certains commentaires. De nombreuses sociétés commerciales utilisent cette technique de traduction depuis longtemps. Non parce qu’elle est gratuite (bon argument) mais parce qu’à mon sens c’est tout simplement la meilleure et la plus efficace. Les utilisateurs passionnés connaissent l’application bien mieux que n’importe quelle société de traduction et seront traduire bien plus justement (et bien plus rapidement). C’est aussi la meilleure méthode pour traduire le site en des dizaines de langues alors que la majorité des utilisateurs de Facebook est à l’étranger.

Après les politiques, les animateurs télé investissent en masse le site communautaire Facebook. Maintenant, allez savoir si c'est vraiment votre présentateur préféré qui est inscrit, ou si c'est un fan... Petite enquête.

Vous avez poké Melissa Theuriau et elle vous a pokée back ? Ne vous enflammez pas : ce n'est pas elle qui se cache derrière sa fiche, mais un inconnu... Méfiez-vous également des profils de Clara Morgane, Claire Chazal, Harry Roselmack ou Estelle Denis, qui leur sont totalement étrangers !

Pourtant, nombre de stars du Paf ont cédé aux tentations du site communautaire le plus en vue du moment. Marc-Olivier Fogiel, Valérie Damidot, Philippe Vandel, Magloire et même Julien, de "Secret Story", entretiennent leur fiche quasi quotidiennement et... personnellement !

Car, contrairement à MySpace, aucune chaîne de télévision n'utilise encore le site pour promouvoir ses programmes phares. « Le service communication de M6 n'a ouvert aucun compte et n'entretient pas ceux de ses animateurs. Ce sont leurs profils personnels », explique la chaîne. Mais pourquoi Facebook plaît-il donc tant aux animateurs télé ?

Ca fait « marrer » Fogiel
« C'est principalement l'aspect communautaire autour de groupes très... originaux qui me fait marrer », explique Marc-Olivier Fogiel qui ajoute ses nouveaux amis et répond aux pokes sur son BlackBerry. Inscrit depuis un mois « par curiosité », il se définit comme un utilisateur basique de la plateforme. La preuve : hormis la liste de ses 159 friends et sa date d'anniversaire, sa page est... vide ! « Je vais m'employer à la customiser un peu », promet-il.

Philippe Vandel, lui, avoue être perdu sur le réseau. « A vrai dire, je ne comprends pas trop l'utilité de Facebook. C'est une collègue qui m'a inscrit il y a trois semaines. » Depuis, le journaliste s'agace de recevoir entre 5 et 20 mails par jour. Il n'ose pas refuser les demandes de nouveaux contacts et n'a d'ailleurs pas trop compris comment on le faisait. « Sur mes 47 amis, je ne connais pas la moitié des gens », s'étonne-t-il. « Je ne comprends pas trop l'intérêt de ce site. A part se faire une collection de photos de minettes en pantalon taille basse! (rires)».

Question essentielle : les animateurs télé draguent-ils sur Facebook ? « Non ! », répondent-ils unanimes. Mouais...

Face à son public
Dur dur pour les personnalités de gérer leurs friends. Ils ont autant de demandes de fans que de vraies connaissances. Ils se retrouvent face à un dilemme : refuser tout le monde pour préserver leur intimité ou ouvrir grand les portes de leur fiche quitte à être impersonnel. Pierre Mathieu, l'animateur du Morning de M6, lui, a décidé d'accepter tout le monde. Résultat : il a plus de 800 amis !

Son pote Gery Leymergie se limite à ses connaissances. « Je n'ai que 200 contacts, mais je les connais tous ! ».

Christophe Beaugrand, chroniqueur médias de Canal+, accepte principalement les personnes qu'il connaît déjà. Comme tout utilisateur de Facebook, il a repris contact avec de vieux camarades et des anciens collègues de travail. Beaugrand apprécie néanmoins de recevoir des messages privés de personnes qui apprécient son travail ou lui signalent des infos. « Ce site abat les barrières entre les personnalités télé et ceux qui les regardent. C'est agréable ! » A la rentrée, il a tout de même supprimé les éléments les plus intimes qui figuraient sur sa fiche.

La cohabition des vedettes avec les 15 millions d'inscrits dans le monde est encore appréciée. « Mais, c'est clair que quand on sera trop nombreux, ça deviendra pénible... », prévient Christophe Beaugrand.

Millions of Users and Businesses Register Facebook Usernames in First 24 Hours of Landrush

The Facebook username landrush appears to have gone off largely without a hitch. Over half a million usernames were registered in the first 15 minutes after the floodgates were opened, and several million usernames have been registered so far today (3 million as of 11am PT this morning). Few users reported having any technical issues with the site - congratulations to the team at Facebook on a very smooth launch!

We’ve seen some interesting cases of vanity URLs that have been registered so far:

Many users have been coming up with clever user names that look like they could be system files on Facebook, like Christine Shipley snagged facebook.com/default.aspx in the first few minutes, and Eric Luu followed suit with facebook.com/index. Facebook’s actual home page is located at facebook.com/home.php.
Others have found very good generic domain names for popular search terms. For example, Adriana Brown registered facebook.com/cheaphotels and Tom Fotheringham nabbed facebook.com/cheapcruises. Attorney Trey Branham chose facebook.com/mesothelioma, one of the highest priced PPC keywords on Google
Some users have been able to register offensive usernames as well.

It will be interesting to see if Facebook allows these names to live on - Facebook has built a team to make sure the vanity URLs that are registered are authentic. Some users have already reported having the usernames they registered being taken away. The next couple weeks are likely to be pretty messy as Facebook encounters gray area after gray area when it comes to username allocation. Samedi matin, Facebook proposera à ses membres d'ajouter leur nom dans l'adresse de leur profil. Une modification en apparence anodine, qui fait surtout les affaires du site.

Samedi matin, les mordus de Facebook devront mettre leur réveil très tôt. A 6h01 précises, le réseau social donnera enfin la possibilité à ses membres de placer leur nom dans l'adresse de leur profil. Jusqu'alors, cette URL se terminait par un numéro attribué au hasard, de type «id=592952074». Sous peu, chacun pourra personnaliser cet identifiant. Mais il faudra faire vite et ne pas se tromper. En cas d'homonymie, les « premiers arrivés seront les premiers servis » et il sera par la suite « impossible de faire la moindre modification », prévient le site.

Facebook a mis les moyens pour populariser cette initiative. Une nouvelle page, créée pour l'occasion, affiche un décompte jusqu'au grand rendez-vous. Ces derniers jours, des journalistes et des blogueurs renommés ont été invités à tester en avant-première le système, comme le raconte TechCrunch. A chaque fois, l'argumentaire est bien rodé : en disposant de leur « adresse personnelle sur internet », les membres de Facebook pourront plus facilement être trouvés par leurs amis.

Ce n'est pas la seule explication. Comme le prouve le développement très rapide de Facebook, qui compte plus de 250 millions de membres dans le monde, les internautes n'ont pas attendu ces adresses pour trouver leurs proches. Une recherche sur Facebook donne ainsi des résultats très précis. Ce n'est en fait pas là que se joue la guerre, mais sur Google. Lors d'une recherche sur une personne, Facebook doit batailler avec tous les réseaux sociaux où est inscrit cet internaute, dont certains placent déjà le nom de leurs membres dans l'URL.

Une adresse personnalisée pour les marques

Or, ce critère est très prisé des moteurs recherche. Dès lors, Facebook se retrouve parfois devancé par Twitter, LinkedIn ou Viadeo, qui ont mieux optimisé leurs adresses que lui. Par le passé, le site a déjà tenté de contourner cette contrainte en plaçant, dans l'URL, le nom de ses membres avant leur identifiant. Mais cela n'a pas suffi, Google préférant les adresses les plus courtes. Grâce à ce nouveau changement, Facebook met enfin toutes les chances de son côté pour se hisser en première place.

Au-delà des particuliers, Facebook cherche aussi à mieux se positionner sur les noms de marques. Les pages de fans seront en effet aussi concernées par ces modifications. Devançant d'éventuelles plaintes, le réseau social a mis en ligne un formulaire pour empêcher le dépôt d'une marque ou d'un nom déposés. Les utilisateurs qui regretteraient leur choix auront toujours, eux, la possibilité de masquer leur profil des résultats des moteurs de recherche en se rendant dans les réglages de la vie privée du site.
